Ezi licence have been great for teaching my son - manual licence. John is professional and it was very easy to book lessons online.

I was looking for a reputable driving trainer to prepare for my Vicroads driving test for changing my overseas driving license to Australian one.
I found many driving schools on the web and I decided to go with someone from EzLicence even though it is marginally expensive compared to some others. First reason to choose EzLicence was by the sense of transparency in their ads; second reason was by a wide range of instructor profiles I can choose from. Booking and payment process were straight forward, simple and fast. Response from the training school and instructor were also very quick.
With help of my instructor, Ryan, I passed the drive test in 1 GO! Ryan is a timely, calm, patient and knowledgable instructor. He teaches good techniques for safe driving, as well as every tip and trick how to be able to deal with the practical test and the examiner.
His car is equipped with digital speedometer that helped me a lot to maintain various speeds during the test, especially keeping the car <10km/hr within the Vicroads office compound!

I booked a drive test with Ez Licence in Victoria for my daughter but the instructor had to cancel as he was not well. He texted the night before (7.00pm) to say that he had informed the office and that they would organise someone else to take her. No word overnight so sent a message via "contact us" before 9.00am on the day of her driving test. By 10.00am no response. Then finally found a number to call "customer service" ( & I use the term loosely !) and they were useless ! Apparently the instructors are all independent contractors so the company cannot interfere with their hours or bookings - can't even attempt to find a replacement ! No bookings available with Vic Roads now until September and no assistance offered by Ez Licence. Very poor customer service - even wanted me to request a refund in writing even though they could see the whole story on my daughter's account. Buyer beware !

I passed my driving test at VicRoads Cranbourne, thanks to Jai (https://www.ezlicence.com.au/instructors/400-jai-profile), his excellent methods of teaching in the 45-minutes session before the Driving Test gave me confidence and readiness for the Driving Test.

Jai is a very friendly and patient Driving Instructor, highly recommended !!
