F45 Subiaco is a specialist functional training studio located in Subiaco, WA. At this time our studio is closed however we are still operating sessions permitted by the government outside of the studio & at home. Our usual services will be resumed as soon as we are permitted to so - they include: functional training, personal training, resistance training, military style resistance training, mobility training, plyometrics, group fitness classes, boxing, weight loss programs, muscle gain, meal plans, calisthenics, MMA, professional fitness advice, as well as nutrition / dietary advice. Our group classes develop all elements of fitness including strength, cardiovascular endurance, weight training, core stability, functional movement & wellness. We also provide pre-packaged meals, fitness merchandise and are family friendly. We are located in Subiaco and we have clients coming from West Perth, Shenton Park, Jolimont, Daglish, and Kings Park. We run 8 week challenges which has daily meal plans, weekly blogs and videos. We give a 1-on-1 experience within a fun group environment, at a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer, that delivers results like you have never seen.
