I have had several great experiences at Face & Body Studio Port Douglas which is why I keep going back! I highly recommend Face & Body Studio Port Douglas to everyone, they are very professional and courteous and make you feel wonderful and glamorous when you leave. My most recent visit was for eyelash extensions , I am extremely pleased and have had many great comments! Go and see Sheralee she is amazing!

Very very disappointed. I got a medium spray tan and barely went a shade darker. I went in to see if it could be topped up the next day and was treated very rudely. I'm in port douglas for a wedding and as the whole bridal party got spray tans with them am amazed at their lack of care and their poor attitude. Recommend finding somewhere else to go.

I recently had a massage and waxing done from one of the beautiful ladies at face and body studio, I would just like to share my wonderful experience with all. The salon was very clean, calming welcoming and relaxing!!!! The massage was was incredible and In comparison to a recent negative experience i received from a salon in Cairns it was wonderful to have such a professional experience where I felt very comfortable during my waxing treatment that was quick un painful and very neat :) and all very reasonably priced! 5 stars from me thank you I will be back!

I recently (May 2013) went to the face and body studio in Port Douglas as part of a bridal party. Myself and other other bridesmaids went there because we thought it would be nice for the bride to be able to relax before her big day and she got a discount if we all went there. They were very flexible with bookings however, after initially being told we would pay $90 for a mani pedi (which I thought was quite expensive to begin with!) as I went to pay the management said that I owed her an astonishing $130 for a shellac mani-pedi! Their reasoning for the price change was that shellac takes more time and materials than a regular mani-pedi (which is a fair statement). However managemet then also said that it was also due to the extra power and electricity that was needed to plug in the UV machine for shellac! What a joke! They did a poor job on my french polish which started chipping after one day! Not impressed at all! I at least expect that if you pay $130 for a mani-pedi that it is a decent looking job and actually lasts! Also, after the bride had also spent hundreds of dollars on waxing, mani-pedi and a massage, the management charged her an additional $10 to fix a chip in one of her nails. The only good thing about face and body studio is the other staff who works there - was very accommodating for my friend (the stressful bride). If you're happy to be charged an arm and a leg then go to face and body studio. However Im sure there are plenty of other nail and beauty salons in Port Douglas that would do a better quality job for a more reasonable price.

Earlier this week I had a microdermabrasion treatment at Face and Body Studio. I just want to say how pleased I was with the treatment. The results were amazing and the treatment was so beautiful and relaxed. I was particularly thrilled with the use of the phototherapy lights. My face looks lighter and brighter and is so smooth. Thank you!!
