I have found the staff very pushy. It is painful to get filling done and often bruises you, so i want to have it done little by little, without be too bruised. But staff must be told to inject more to earn more, so it somehow make me uncomfortable to go back again.

I have been coming to face today for more than three years and consider myself a very loyal client. I was always happy... Until last week. I usually always come in and get something done and walk out feeling great. But last week I went in for a consultation and decide (for the first time) not to have any treatments as I was still unsure. Not only was the nurse rude to me, but the nurse lectured me and said that I had wasted their time and that my appointment could have been used by someone who was actually going do something. They assumed I was going to go ahead with a treatment even though I only booked a consultation!!!!. I explained that I was a loyal client and that it should be ok for anyone to change their minds. The nurse pressured me into completing a $900 treatment which I declined. I have never written a review for anything before but I am so shocked that I needed to write this review. Very unhappy. Never going back. They have lost a client.

I've been a professional model for several years now and recently hit 35 and felt i wasn't keeping up the pace with the younger girls. After discovering Face Today Mediclinic and having a bit of a "refresher", i am now booking more jobs than before and my confidence has soared!!! Highly recommend all the staff at Face Today. Brilliant service form the moment i arrive to when i leave.

Absolutely fantastic from the minute I walked in until I walked out. Extremely professional and upscale tasteful salon. Staff were fabulous. My treatment was by far the best I have ever received and they made my experience so comfortable and easy. Best experience. Will definitely be back to continue my road to beautiful skin.

They actually take time to listen to my concerns and recommend the right treatments for me, I don't feel rushed in fact I feel very nurtured. Their practice and cosmetic specialist are highly professional and honest. I am very happy and will definitely come back.

I got my skin looked after at Face today and totally love the results! I am extremely pedantic about my skin. And I cant even begin to express how amazing my skin is looking now! Not only are the services rendered at this clinic amazing but their customer service is BEYOND AMAZING. Most places dont care once they have got the money but these guys have been there even after the treatments and have bent backwards to make one feel at ease and confident during the healing period. I LOVE my skin now, I rarely get impressed this much and I cant recommend them high enough. Keep up the great work Guys!
