Went looking for wedding rings. mazing customer service. Janelle was exceptional. Got rings from Germany in less than two weeks. Will never buy jewellery anywhere else

Took in my husbands bracelet to be fixed as the clasp had broken. Staff were friendly, served straight away and was ready within a few days. Good job, bracelet can now be worn again and they even cleaned it so it's nice and shiny - thanks. It cost me $20 which I thought was a lot but it is most likely an average price (sterling silver)

I purchase all my Thomas Sabo jewellery from these lovely people. The service is great, they are very friendly. They really look after you.

I had my engagement ring re-sized here, they resized and took off the 'watermark' - the mark which details the quality of the ring. They didn't re-szie carefully as the diamonds also moved and now one is jarred down so that you can't really see it. I want it fixed but after the job they did with the re-size I don't really want to take it back in case they make it worse. I wouldn't recommend them for ring re-sizing. I have had some braclet links fixed here before and they did a good job and it was reasonably price.
