Highly recommend Factory Direct Home Air Conditioner @ Cheltenham for installation of home ducted units. The sales person Stuart to the tradesmen they are great and professional. Stuarts professionalism was wonderful.

I found it from website and had my water pump change and it worked o.k. and it will cover for one year. He seemed nice to offer me in helping to drain water out during summer as maintenance. I did e-mail him in June for his help however no reply so I call him and he said now he works on Pagola work now not air con anymore. I'm dissapointed.
