Factory Plus

I purchased a fridge from factory plus. David's customer service was amazing. Not only did he get the fridge and wrapped it up for me to take, but he also helped put it into the back of the ute and tied it in for me. He couldn't of been more helpful. Definitely recommend and we'll be going back there again.

Terrible company. They delivered a broken TV and then wouldn't refund me until nearly a month of emails and telephone calls. Life is too short to buy from these people.

This is the worst place I have ever experienced. 5 weeks and still waiting for a refund for $800. They list items they have no stock off then push like crazy that you but something else. They then said they would refund my money weeks ago. They promise the world on the phone. And good luck trying to get cambelltown to even answer their phone. Which business in 2018 does this. They don't even have an answering machine at cambelltown. The phone rings till the end of it's life then just dead. I tried for over a week just to speak to someone and ended up ringing their albion park phone just to get anyone to speak to. None of the messages I left on their website were answered. I had to get albion park to get their head office to contact me. And yes even they promised me my money weeks ago. It was a paypal payment which is the easiest to refund via the paypal system. Everything from their website massages to their not answering the phone to making false promises to advertising stock they don't have. Far too many examples in my encounter for it to just be a freak incident. They need to be exposed and I hope this is of some help to someone. Shame on them. They are exactly what you see on A Current Affairs reports.

I spent $1600 with this business for a 55"TV a washing machine, and a soundbar. It got off to a shaky start but appears that initial concerns over delivery and service aren't a problem.

Used their website to order a soundbar for delivery on Tuesday, order and payment confirmed in an email. Friday I got a call asking for another $85 for postage!

Cancelled the order

Have been to other retailers in the past, however there service and prices don't come close to this shop. They are very helpful and prices are good value. Happy Shopper!
