Absolutely terrible and seriously rude dentist.
I asked for a quote for some dental work and was told in no uncertain terms that it wasn’t how this clinic works and would just have to suck it up and get it done.
I told them to never contact me again and walked out and have never and will never go back.
Worst dental surgery I have ever been to. Highly unprofessional staff. Clean and newly renovated surgery but don't let this glossy exterior fool you.
Thanks for the review, David - a good Dentist is hard to find - I've had two recent experiences (2 different clinics) where the problem was incorrectly diagnosed and on both occasions have lost the tooth (issues were below the gum line and I had been having regular check ups and cleans). On the up side I have found Smile Co. at Norwood and on Golden Grove Road to be excellent on every level and very friendly, professional and informative. Have already recommended them to friends who have also had nothing but praise for the service that they have received.
