I got a great dress at a great on-sale price here and the staff were very friendly however I would not recommend using the in-house alteration service. I was told some of the alterations I wanted were not possible due to my baby-bump. When I took my dress elsewhere for a second opinion I was told it was an easy alteration to make. The second alterations company also commented that the alterations that were done by fairytales were of poor quality and I had paid too much.
