Be aware of Fall real estate, particularly when renting. I found them to be highly unprofessional from the beginning to the end of our lease with poor communication and an unwillingness to fix serious problems with the house as they arose (such as severe leaks). At the end of the lease, the Rental Board was given incorrect information about the agents providing us with an inspection report (which they had not) and the condition of our house. They were unsuccessful in trying to take our entire bond. We also received an extra $700 because they had taken extra money from us each week. Overall I found them to be dishonest, lazy and thoroughly unprofessional. To top it off, our agent made offensive, racist comments about my housemates - 'these people' who don't understand how we live.

We changed from Rock Property to Fall to manage our properties. They have helped to select good tenants, have never had a problem with arrears, and have found tenants within 1.5 weeks of advertising despite there being other properties at the same price point in similar suburbs.

Would thoroughly recommend. Worth every cent of (the relatively standard) property fees they charge.

Debbie Barat is fantastic. She was completely on the case, always contactable and prompt. Debbie is not like your average Real Estate agent. She is completely trust-worthy and a lovely person. I recommend Falls Real Estate when buying a house.
