Carol and the team at Families First, went above all our expectations from a funeral home when it come time to say goodbye to our mum. I personally cant thank them enough for making the day alot easier for us by taking care of everything and helping celebrate the life of mum. Excellent at "connecting" with our needs, at all levels. Great suggestions for a venue and casket for my father. Doing the extra work for including more unusual elements in the ceremony, and that proving to be a fabulous component of the ceremony that we know Dad would have loved. Bottom line, the Families First mob lead by Carol delivered all we could have expected of a pleasant funeral service, and then delivered beyond what would have been expected. No hesitation recommending them to anyone.
