Have purchased some items from Pets Paradise .....
I find the staff are friendly and always very helpful.
Pet Paradise can be a little bit expensive compared with other pet shops.
It is in a very handy position at Penrith Plaza which makes for easy shopping.

Excellent customer service, some of their products and pet's are definitely what I would call premium quality. We purchased a beautiful, healthy Guinea Pig from here. Pricing is a bit high, but I'm sure their rent to Westfield's is also.

This pets paradise has been in the plaza for more than 15 years. I've gone in to buy just fish food and come out with more fish, plants, products etc. I like the friendly and helpful staff. they are experienced and I will always go there
