i love family vision. they are my usual optometrist and i would not want to go to any other. The optometrists there are very very experienced and they explain to you everything in details. they also give a lot of samples for their clients to test before they decide on buying and i think that's a really nice gesture. Their frames are a bit expensive though compared to the other places and they don't have the medicare scheme that pays for full glasses or part there of. despite that i still recommend this place to all. Oh and they have the BEST customer service. two thumbs up

This is my usual optometrist, however it has recently had a bit of a make over and a new female optometrist has joined the team. The shop is nicely fitted out with a large range of glasses. The receptionists on this night were both quite friendly and one apologised for me having to wait so long. The optometrist was also friendly and explained everything she was doing. She offered some trial contact lenses but I was disappointed when they didn't have any of my prescription in stock.
