Terrible service, lack of communication

Fabulous service! They deserve recognition for their ability to not only send me a beautiful husband and wife cleaning team, but also be commended for taking so much pride in their work. Yes a rare find indeed.

Just incredible! I have had such a hard time finding a good cleaner while in Australia until a work colleague referred me to these people. I am so happy with my cleaner and the owners of this company are so nice to deal with. Love them!

Our neighbours put us onto these guys for a regular cleaner. The most professional and personable cleaning business I've ever dealt with. I much prefer to support a family outfit and our cleaners are very grateful for and appreciative. Highly recommended!

After using FamilyClean for a 'bond clean', we have left disappointed in the standard of the cleaning, and a complete lack of communication from the owner when we called to discuss the issue that many parts of the quoted service were missed entirely. To pay nearly $500 for the privilege of having a house half-cleaned is atrocious, but being ignored by the owner when trying to sort out a resolution is pathetic. They obviously don't live up to the standard set by their 'bond return guarantee' - what a rubbish claim. To date, we still haven't received a phonecall, not even an email from FamilyClean, to discuss the concerns we hold. Would not recommend, and would go so far as to warn potential customers to find another cleaning service.
