Everyone is fairly familiar with the Fantastic Furniture deals and offers from TV ads and catalogues and since I have experienced great friendly service from the Knox store on every occasion (3 times now) I wanted to add a review. The staff are great from over the phone, to the cash desk to the warehouse staff helping me get my furniture into the car. The warehouse man even gave me a suggestion on how to carry it safely into my house to save my back! Genuine and friendly staff have made all the different to this store. Thank you :)

If you are looking to furnish an extra sitting/lounge area as we were, you can find some good pieces here. There is a good range of accessories too, cushions, lamps. Considering the prices it is value. I bought a coffee table and am very happy with it. The staff were very friendly, not pushy,which is nice.
