We decided to stock up on new furniture as we have a new baby due and needed to upgrade older furniture so we decided to spend nearly 3000 on a variety of items. We asked the salesgirl about interest free etc and decided to go with their provider then proceeded to browse the store. We were there for nearly 40 minutes picking out the items we needed and proceeded to go through the process of finance being approved which took another 20 minutes. We then headed up to the main counter where the more experienced sales woman proceeded to tell us we wouldn't be taking anything home today as the table and chairs were not in stock. Let's just say we were not happy with this at all. The young lady didn't tell us anything about not being able to take our items home. The older saleswoman apologised and offered an upgrade of another item we had ordered which we decided to take and we changed our order to remove the table and chairs. If we had known this information in the beginning we would have totally changed the amount that we spent in there or not even spent any money in there at all.

the service was terrible and the prices were very average, I wouldnt go there again even though they are the closet i would rather travel to somewhere with better prices and more helpful staff.

The ads on TV always rave about the prices at Fantastic Furniture. When I went to look for a cupboard I was less than impressed. The prices were no cheaper than anywhere else I had been to. I was not particularly happy with the salesperson either, so that could have clouded my desire to shop there as well. He looked bored with me.
