Recently I bought a tv stand from Far Pavilions, after looking and deciding to buy it I was then told delivery would be $88!! So I asked if I could pick the item up and was told I would still have to pay a $30 fee for the item to be delivered to their store as they only had floor stock. This is the only store I have ever some across that charge customers their freight fees to get items to their store!! So in total to be delivered to my house only a 15 minute max drive with traffic lights it cost me $120!! I asked on their facebook page why I would have to pay this, they said one thing, changed the story then when others disagreed with them deleted and blocked me. I kept a copy of the conversations from facebook and plan on putting them into the ACCC as I believe what they are doing is not entirely right. The quality of the items, well It is ok. It looks sensational, but now after having it a few months it is already showing that it is not the quality furniture it looks to be. Overall not a good experience. They lost thousands in sales to me as there was more furniture I would have bought. All for the sake of making a few extra bucks on the side with 'delivery fees'

Approximate cost: $120 for home delivery of one piece of furniture!!
