Farfalla Party & Wedding Design is by far the worst business I encountered in the industry. I would like to get this review out there so innocent couples do not fall in their trap. I paid them to (deliver, set up & then) pick up their crystal tea light holders at the end of the night of our wedding and they did not show or even notify anyone. They ended up coming the next day and did not wait to speak to the wedding coordinator in charge to collect all their goods and simply left the reception. They ruined this special time in our lives by blaming us for one missing box and keeping our $250 bond. In actual fact the box was not missing at all, it was at the reception. We (bride, groom & wedding coordinator) spoke to the lady and told her to simply pick it up (like she was supposed to initially), and she said it was too far (even though we paid them to pick them up). The location was only 45 minutes away, and it is their job to see this through if they have been paid to do so, not use excuses. This is so unprofessional and we are disgusted by these actions. The business has been banned from doing any further work at the reception our wedding was held at, as the wedding coordinator was lost for words by the way he was spoken to and the way they treated us as clients. It is very sad that a business in this industry can get away with treating couples this way, especially at a time like this. Weddings are meant to be the best time of a couples life. They should not have to deal with businesses keeping their $250 bond just because they feel like it. They have not right to do that, especially considering it is because of their own impatience and irresponsibility. But we assume this was their plan all along.
