Worst customer service ever! Rude obnoxious owner and staff! Screams at customers for “over selecting” the item of purchase, and throws rotten fruit into the bag without permission to add extra weight on the scale. When questioned about their behaviour, makes up lame excuses to kick you out of the store. Don’t ever go there unless you want rude service, be given rotten fruit and vegetable force into your purchase

I used to shop here. The service is very rude and suspicious. Once I walked in with Woolworth trolley. One girl was keeping eye on me then she told to the girl in chinease to check my shopping I had my correct receipt so the girl on counter was fine. But the other girl kept staring for no reason. Not setting foot again and the Fruits are not great as well

Glad to know that there is a change of management. The usual guy, Rui is now back and hopefully the service would be back to when it first opened. Rui is friendly and has an excellent customer service - always a pleasure to shop there when he is around. Overall, vegetables are fresh and prices are competitive compared to Woolsworth. Kudos to Rui for bringing back excellent display of commodities.

The prices are great and the range is fantastic. The quality can be a bit hit-and-miss though, so pick carefully.

Very good quality fruit and vegetables at this independent grocers. Located in Wheelers Hill shopping centre, there is a wide assortment of fruits and vegetables at low prices. Do not expect service or friendliness however!
