The way they provide their public relations side of being there in the community for the public to buy stuff leaves us wanting and not satisfied. Yes, as others have commented.. is it a staffing issue? or is it more systemic and just a portrayal of how this business is run? Both cashiers and floor staff appear to reflect some sort of distain for their customers it is appearing. I mean if these employees enjoy acting the way they do at work, by the attitude they exude, then give me a job in opposition to a political party that deserves to be booted out. Much more priority than choosing these monkeys to have to negotiate purchasing from. Seriously! SO concerned about how compliant, ( I think you know what I mean), their customers have to be before considering buying from their shop. No! I think not. We can shop at a multitude of other places thank you. They can keep their stock to themselves as far as we're concerned.

I go here for grocery shopping frequently because it is close by to where I live. They have a lot of good Asian foods which is good as my partner is Vietnamese and likes all that stuff. They also stock a generally good range of everyday items. The staff are unpredictable, particularly some of the girls behind the counter serving. Sometimes you get a really sweet friendly one who is polite and other times you get a mean, cranky one but always young and always been Asian in my experience. The fruit and veggie range is okay but is less impressive than say your average Coles store. I shop here mainly for the location. There is a small plus to this store that is currently I've been getting 1 free item every time I spend over $50 (once it was a 6 pack of kiwi fruit, other times a bag of chips, other times noodles. I guess it's just what they have in stock at the time).
