I have had my account closed and there has been no response
from IT support despite my request. Earlier this year I asked for support and was also ignored for weeks. Due to poor support responses I cannot recommend this email service (even the free version).

I have been using this service for many years but andit previously had great ratings from the ABC but now it is has nose dived. I told them the service was substandard ..but they still extracted my annual subscription despite me refusing.

If I could give them less than one star..I would.

I have sent numerous emailis asking for their assistance in resolving my disputre but they keep saying that my complaint is closed due to the amount of time passed.

I am a genuine user and I am prepared to my email that I used to sign up for womo is the same address (ie fastmail)
