The staff are great, super friendly and helpful and the food is fantastic too. Their soups for winter are delicious and good coffee. I often call ahead on my way to work and my order is ready to go when I get there. Thanks guys

We found this cafe whilst out with family and decided to stop for a coffee. A pleasant cafe with delicious coffee and a good looking menu, we had other plans for lunch so we didn't indulge. But we did notice others enjoying their meals and it was difficult to resist. Maybe next time.

It's not every day that you find your humble little local cafe serving things like Beetroot and Vodka Cured Salmon or Wagyu Beef Sliders with Truffle Aioli & the works. Not only will you find such items on offer at Fat Pengiun, but you will find it alongside the traditional deli counter offerings ie. sandwiches, baguettes, breakfast fritters, liver parfait. With such great food on the table, no wonder the penguin is fat...
It doesn't help that they also do takeaway. And the service is so friendly....

Unbelievable food choice for a cafe for lunch. Drool just looking at the display case of takeaway food. Definitely top quality. Very friendly family business. They know and remember their customers. Very professional and polite.
