I had 3 large windows quoted and installed. Sales person came over and made sure I understood their products, which did seem of a higher quality than others. Price was not the cheapest but was satisfied with the overall value and very well installed product. All tradies were on time and did a professional job.

We asked for a quote for 4 windows. Prices was very good and the job was done in less than 4 weeks. John and Anna did an excellent job. They were on time. They called the electrician to connect roller shutter and he was on time too. Friendly people. I would recommend to anybody.

we had 4 windows done 3 of the large windows 1 of the smaller windows but they are great so far as for wind , noise , sun and just protection as well . l was very happy with the service and the work that they did they were on time and the man that came out to fit them was very polite and just done the job was very happy with it that l've given the number to a few friends and family l find they are cheaper then some of the companies out there .

I live in bayside Melbourne, didn't realise when I phoned Feel Safe that they were on the other side of town. The salesperson that I spoke to when I called did not hesitate at all when I mentioned where I lived, he promptly made an appointment to come measure my windows two days later. He arrived ON TIME (a tradesperson/service person who arrives on time!?? Unheard of!?!), and offered an extremely competitive price as compared to 2 other companies I spoke to. The shutters were installed in less than 2 weeks, friendly installer. I highly recommend Feel Safe!

We were looking for something that would give the front of our house a different look and also help with noise, insulation and security. We had two other companies out and their prices were exorbitant. Cliff came out and gave us a great quote on the spot. He know's his stuff and produces exaclty the same product that others wanted almost $1,000 more for. He wasn't pushy and was very informative and helpful. We accepted the quote the next day whereas other companies wanted us to sign up there and then. The time frame was less than a week and the installers turned up and discovered their ladder wasn't high enough. Cliff hired two taller ladders at his own expense and never asked me for a cent extra. The installers were friendly and professional and cleaned up any mess. We are really pleased with the end result and are now considering having more windows done as we have already noticed a big reduction in noise and light. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have never given a review before but felt that i needed to do this as all parts of this organisation were sensational. I would recommend them to anyone.
