Beautiful space, service and people! I’ve had lash lifts here since 2018 and it’s been incredible each time. And if not spot on, they re-do it so you always walk out satisfied. Hayley and Christine are both great with the lash lifts, brows and tints! 10/10!

BURNT MY SKIN!! I will never go back.
After not having my eyebrows waxed for three years, I researched who was the best in Melbourne. With their current 4.9 stars and glowing reviews on Facebook, I booked an apportionment. Only to have my eyelid burnt and scabbing still four days after.
I called on Monday to tell them I was unhappy and had burnt skin. They did offer me LED treatment to heal and some cream. I was already using cream. No time suited to get the LED treatment, but common sense would be to not return to the place that literally burnt me. No mention of a refund until I say, ‘I can’t believe I paid to be burnt’—no mention of anything else they could do.
I would hate for anyone else walking around with a burnt eyelid in pain.
The best part yet, is my brows don’t even look amazing to pull people’s attention away from the burn.

I would like to respond to this review you have left on google along with the same review you have Left on many other review platforms this evening.
Unfortunately we cannot always avoid what looks like skin lifting (not burning)at the time of waxing. This can be due to many factors a lot of the time out of the therapists control. Please be assured our team are trained very well in all areas and waxing is a service we are very well

I personally looked into our communication with you since you contacted us on Monday and After reading all communication Im very comfortable that we have tried our very best to help you. We have asked you to come into the salon so we can look at the area and provide some treatments and products to help you. All of which you have told us you are not able to do.
I personally contacted you tonight immediately after your last call to the salon to see if I could help to which I did not get a response.
