Be very wary of Fencing Solutions in Busselton, a big red flag. I had a significant amount of work done at my house by this contractor including a limestone block pier fence and a metal double gate.

The following issues were found with the piers:

- Several piers out of square (was a level used?)
- A significant chip on one of the corners
- Poor positioning of blocks causing a significant misalignment
- Pier heights not consistent

The following issues were found with the gate:

- Poor powder coating
- Poor construction (uneven cutting of the panels, cuts not treated, protective coating stripped off screws)
- Numerous scratches (it arrived in the back of a ute unprotected and most likely sliding around during the 20 minute or so journey)

The job also included installing slats between the piers however he did not make a start on this and instead blamed an unknown and unexplained safety hazard. It is worth noting that two independent tradesmen could not find any safety issues. I was also assured that rubbish would be removed however this was not done either.

The contractor's website www.fencing-solutions.com.au states "...committed to providing a quality service to all clients. Fencing Solutions seeks to meet and satisfy customers and meet their expectations...". I obviously did not experience this and find it false and misleading.

I have written this review in the hope that it saves others from going through a similar experience. It was a very disappointing effort and 1 out of 5 stars is probably generous.
