Hmm, one of my pet hates is yound people who work in retail that have poor mathematical abilities. The young girl at the Ferguson Plarre Point Cook store presented these attributes. She also consulted the store manager to confirm a basic equation and that I was right and not over-charged.

Great variety of cakes. I used to buy most of my birthday cakes from here. I love black forest cake. it is very delicious and my favourite one. They also have customised cake. My friend ordered one for her husband. Staff was very nice. In short notice, they made one.

I find ferguson plair a little up market with prices have enjoyed the items I have purchased but will not be going there very often as being a pensioner cant afford the prices staff polite shop clean no other complaints except prices

Excellent coffee and delicious cakes. Barb is very attentive and makes a lovely cup of coffee. Would definitely recommend. Very nice outdoor setting too.

The food is terrible. I can't believe we have two pie shops in the centre and they both have terrible pies. I purchased a coffee scroll the other day and it tasted like it was a week old.
I can't believe franchises like this and Michel's can't get their recipes right!
