Great Gym! Everything under the one roof.
Staff are supportive and help you to achieve your results.
I have been a member for over 13 years and have been using other gym at the same time but this gym is a place I call my second home.

Just want your money, don't seem to really care about providing the best facility. The trainers try hard and are nice but its a badly managed place. Management are downright rude and all the good staff memebers seem to leave regularly.Needs new equipment and more variety.

Customer Service great, range of classes are great, times of classes are pretty good. Bathroom was clean and tidy, and equipment looked new/well maintained.

Great women's gym. Has all the equipment and classes you need, plus good / clean change-rooms, lockers, showers. However, the staff were always the BEST feature of this gym in recent years. Its under new management now, and the staff seem to be changing of recent months......hope they can maintain the atmosphere that has made this gym one of the best i've ever been to.

Great environment & very friendly staff who are not intimidating or in your face. But they are there if you need help etc. Love it...

they are friendly and always there to help you when you need it
they have lots of different equipment and lots of different classes
you feel welcome and because it is an all womens club you dont feel as bad there
