This club is a real surprise when you step in side. Natural light, plenty of space, clean and staff that actually care. I’ve struggled with my weight since having kids and this is the first gym I’ve been too where I don’t feel judged. It helps me stay motivated and it’s a great place for some “me time”

Joined a couple weeks ago, the club has a great layout and beautiful outlook. The facilities are very clean, they take their hygiene seriously! They have a great range of classes and equipment and it’s a comfortable atmosphere. I was also impressed with the staff- they are always so friendly and encouraging whenever I walk in, making the experience a positive one each visit which I appreciate. Thanks guys

Good gym heaps of classes and equipment. Gym not too big so you forgot the equipment to use. Free parking outside door. Friendly instructors and gym staff. Creche for kids in the morning while you workout. Beauty theapist too!

Unfortunately what is promised when you sign up and what you get are two different things. The staff on the floor are only interested in helping Size 10 blonde stick insects, not the women who really need help using the equipment. Very discouraging. And the showers are so small that only size 8 girls can use them.
