I love this gym! Plenty of classes to choose from, and great equipment. Kiddy minding available as well. Staff are all very friendly. Personal Training sessions and food coaching available if you want.

A great all women's gym the staff are so friendly & helpful & the atmosphere is so different then a men & women's gym, personal training staff know how to push you to get the best of out you, & the class instructors are extremely motivating. I've have been a member for over 4 years & I plan to continue.

The staff are great. Really friendly and professional in their dealings with me the client. the instructors are excellent. They really know their stuff and encourage and push the client to do their best.
