I had brought my wedding dress from Farrari Fomal and my overall experience was good. The staff was knowledgeable, nice and understanding. The quality of my dress was good and the value was reasonable too.

I purchased 3 bridesmaid's dresses from Ferrari in Dandenong last year, and it was honestly one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had. With one of my bridesmaids having been overseas, we didn't have a huge amount of time to find and order the bridesmaid dresses, and had just over 4 months till the wedding. Having looked in a few shops, we found a lovely dress at Ferrari and ordered from them the same day, in mid-June. They reassured us the dresses would arrive within 10 weeks, leaving plenty of time for alterations, etc. While I didn't really want to be spending over $1200 on bridesmaid dresses, I decided that I would in order to ensure that they came from a reputable store, were good quality, and arrived with plenty of time. Basically, a long story short, the dresses arrived over 1 month late, there was absolutely no follow up from the store unless I called them to find out what was happening, and the ladies (that were lovely, helpful and more than happy to take my order/money at the beginning) became rude, unhelpful and basically nasty, and kept changing what they had originally told me (for example, their September delivery became October which then became mid-October which ended up only being an “approximate date” – and the dresses finally arrived in November). They told me that none of this was their fault, and even though I purchased the dresses through the store, I needed to raise the issue with the dress manufacturer. I do not normally post reviews, however to avoid anyone else ever going through this, I would never recommend purchasing anything from this store.

Very happy with service received. They helped me put together a great wedding dress and bridesmaids outfits and suits. Prices are reasonable and i got my outifits in a reasonable time frame. Staff were very helpful and honest in the decision making process.

Everyone absolutely loved my wedding gown.... very romantic with full chiffon skirt and beautiful beading. Ferrari have a great range gowns gowns suits and accessories with quite a spread of prices to suit everyone. Can be a bit busy, better to make an appointment before you go.

Have just ordered bridesmaid dresses from here and the service from all the staff was just wonderful. They offer great advice and showed a great amount of patience as I was having trouble deciding on various things.

Ferrari formal have a large range or wedding dresses, men and women's formal wear and other wedding attire. there prices are lower then other hire companies and you can also buy attire if you wish to. the service is great and so are the prices
