I recently purchased my wedding dress from here, and it was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are pretty reasonable compared to some other bridal shops and they have a great range.
Having said that however, I went there again to look for my bridesmaid dresses, and the staff member that helped us then seemed dis-interested and wasn't listening to the styles and colours I was wanting which wasn't the best experience.
Overall though, really worth a look for bridal and formal wear.
