An absolute disgrace of a company that treats people terribly. Claims 24/7 care and takes money for it but doesn’t actually care for people 24/7 leaves vulnerable people alone who rely on care. Really good at lying.. money hungry fraudulent company FPC, Fezzy Pest control, Fezzy personal care all the same people they are the worst of the worst they go through staff because they are so bad even staff don’t recommend them. Steer well clear … if only I could put negative stars

Both myself and my Husband are looked after Daily by Fezzys Professional Care and the Service and Care we are given is well above my Expectations and what we require
Originally after using a Previous Support Company I decided to use Fezzys for my Personal Care and Support as they had been reccomended by a friend of mine
Not long after Fezzys started to look after my Personal Care needs my Husband collapsed and was taken to Intensive Care at Ipswich Hospital where we was put in an Induced Coma and ended up spending over 4 months in Hospital During this time the Management as well as Tammy the Support Co ordinator and all the Support workers that came to help me during this difficult time not only provided me with care but also took me Daily to the Hospital and provided me with encouragement and hope during a very difficult and stressful period Although I normally suffer severe anxiety the main reason for requiring support the fact of nearly losing my Husband yet not ending up in severe illness and anxiety was in most due to the Help and Support of Fezzys Professional Care. I do realise that there are other Companies that provide care but my choice and now nearly 12 month relationship with Fezzys is without doubt to me one of the best decisions I have made.
Thank you Fezzys for not only your unwavering support and care during my period of going to the Hospital Daily but also now for regularly coming and providing ongoing support to me I am very grateful for all that Fezzys and the Workers have done to help me At this stage I have every intention of continuing to receive support from Fezzys and as such can only reccomend them to any one looking for Quality and good Care The staff are very genuine people who care and are very genuine in what they do. It is often difficult to accept Help or Support when unwell and can be a humbling experience but the staff at Fezzys Professional Care are very caring and Gentle and seem to have the right words or services for different times both when I am anxious or down or enthusiastic and Active At all times I have been treated with Respect and Gentle assistance and encouragement.
Even though I have struggled in the past with anxiety and fear my Phsyciatrist said to me I am at present in the Best state they have seen me over many years and I personally believe a large part of this is due to my Support and Care from Fezzys Professional Care Good work and thank you so much to every one at Fezzys Professional Care Marie Williams
