I bought leather recliner lounge 3 seater. After 6 months stitching started coming apart. After 12 months leather started peeling.They fixed the stitching,but would not answer any emails regarding the peeling leather. I paid for the extended 5 year warranty, wasted money cheap rubbish furniture

We bought a leather lounge and chaise. Tried contacting support within the first few months as to how to clean the leather lounge properly and no reply to 5 emails. Then after 18 months, leather has started peeling. After 20 months, stitching coming apart. We've sent photos to them to complain and no reply. I've had a cheaper leather lounge (the one we replaced) that has lasted way longer. 12 month warranty is laughable, that's all they offered. I should have known. No one buys a lounge every 12 months, but I guess I thought this lounge would last like my cheaper one. Highly NOT recommended.
