They say never judge a book by its cover. This definitely applies to Filicudi Restaurant. Being a local, I'd driven past here many times and always thought it looked quite dodgy based on the run down exterior, however this wasn't the case. As we stepped foot into Filicudi we noticed that it had that real authentic Italian feel to it, and were pleasantly surprised. If you're not already hungry when you arrive, you will be once you get a whiff of the traditional Italian cooking from the kitchen. The pizzas are to die for and service is impressive considering how busy it gets. I cannot believe it took me this long to try it out.

The food is very average, except for the pizza which I think is delicious. the service is friendly.
