Very expensive product, does not work, it is all in chinese and following instructions on the tiny brochure does nothing.
Aftersales service in my opinion is non existing, in fact verges on abusive as they talk to you like you are an idiot.
We have had a half dozen people look to get this lock working and no one can, all chippies and I locksmith.
i will stay well away from this company in future.
the door will need to be changed as the holes are much bigger than any other lock so the door is now useless.
Massively disappointing.
