Mike impressed me right from the start with the fact that he was qualified and a master technician, he came out to quote and inspect my carpets and really came across as knowing what he was talking about. Mike was by no means the cheapest and cleaning my carpets, boy was I impressed. In the past, when I have had my carpets cleaned, they were already looking dirty again after only 2 weeks, it has now been 6 months since Mike cleaned them and they are still looking brilliant.
