Fisher And Paykel

We've had a number of fridges and freezers from Fisher and Paykel and they have been very reliable.

We recently replaced our 20 year old Fisher & Paykel fridge and freezer. They were still running fine in fact, but we thought they may not have long left. After a few weeks, the new fridge started leaking water on the floor. We called the service department and they soon worked out that we live in a remote area and there were no service centres or call-out technicians nearby. Instead of giving up at this point, they therefore decided to ship us out a new fridge and collect the old one. What fantastic service. My wife and I are very impressed and tell people about this story often. We would definitely buy from them again.

I have a washing machine that was just out of warranty. I rang them about getting it fixed thinking that it would cost an arm and a leg.It ended up costing me nothing as the problem should not have happened and it was just out of warranty. the service guy was very nice too.
