Karen is one of a kind! She is an AWESOME yoga teacher, but she is so so so much more! Her knowledge, expertise and support are invaluable. She throws tea parties after yoga, has a small library of 'mum' books she loans, she opens her home and heart to the next generation of Noosa mums which organically creates a likeminded community of amazing local women.... Just what you need when you are not born and bread on the Sunshine Coast. I cannot recommend her services highly enough.
