Critically you have worked on your flexibility and certainly have increased In regards to your back & hamstrings your range of movement. It hasnt gone unnoticed that you have shed several kgs of body fat and muscled up.

I’m really not someone who likes working out. Hi have found Peter’s training style is perfect for someone like me. His patience, attention to detail & wonderful sense of humour, mean my training sessions are fun as well as effective. Peter has worked hard to break my lifetime pattern of “Work out for a few weeks, get injured, give up”... This alone is worth every cent. I could not recommend Peter more highly. He is not just an awesome trainer but he is a true gentleman.

Pete is one of a kind. We are 6 middle aged, unfit, and very busy guys, who are keen to get into better shape and live healthier lifestyles. Pete prepared for us a tailored program to suit our level of fitness and goals. Each session focuses on different aspects of our health including cardio, muscle, abdomen etc. Pete is very cautions that we don't injure ourselves and is constantly checking our technique. We recommend Pete highly!

Every session is slightly different, never boring, and Peter caters programming to the needs of the client, not just once at the beginning, but week to week as changes occur. He also understands sometimes rehab is just as important, and that it's not all about smashing yourself every time. Loving my improvements so far, and look forward to how much better I can become!

Pete is a great personal trainer. He assessed my capabilities and developed a program to work on my weaknesses over a period of time. The sessions are hard but enjoyable which for me is the perfect mix.

I’m extremely happy that I found this local treasure. A very well equipped studio and very attentive service from Peter who has a wealth of knowledge and really tailors your training to your needs. He mixes it up so you are never bored. He pushes you but never too hard. All the advantages of a gym and none of the negatives. Well priced.

I have had so many different PT’s over the years but Pete stands out as the best. He is committed and professional, always putting his best into planning and executing excellent sessions. I love friendly vibe of the gym. Our whole family attends sessions because it caters for all ranging abilities and skill levels. We have loved 2018 with the gym and look forward to 2019 and what Fitness Fever has installed for us.

Really supportive team and environment catering for all ages. My son has been training weekly with Nick for a year and loves it! I went to my first HIIT class in April and have been addicted ever since! Pricing is reasonable; the trainers are attentive, helpful and supportive.

I have been training weekly with Nick for the past few years, and have found it extremely beneficial. Nick has been able to suggest to me recommendations for changes in my diet, and provided me with a training schedule when I went overseas for 6 months. There is also a very friendly atmosphere thanks to Pete and Karen, and overall I am glad I train here!
