As this was my first ever Personal Training experience, i was concerned before starting re previous injuries/body issues but Peter really took this all on board and tailored my programme to suit.I can feel my body getting stronger as he carefully ramps up my weights etc. I`m very happy with the results as at nearly 60 years old i am feeling really good and stronger than ever.
I have experienced great results through Fitness Fever, I have lost weight, feeling fitter and more positive generally

Ken, your steadfast approach to training complimented by bush walks on the weekend, has really pushed you to the front of the pack.A combination of Cardio and strength training, as well as rehabilitation exercises for shoulder and back concerns have worked well.Keep the great work up.
