This is genuinely personal training. Every workout is different and tailored to how you are on the day with just enough challenge to feel great afterwards. Pete's helped me get really fit, recover from injuries and illness and get right back on track.

Such a great and positive atmosphere to train in. I train once a week with my family and once on my own and Pete has developed perfect plans for both days. My family session is really about us all getting healthy together and my private session is High Intensity and both are great.

gains in speed, distance and form in cardio challenges on the spinning bikes, treadmills and rowers.
Your Core strength has also accelerated both in time and quality of execution in TRX, Bosu, Mat and Fitball exercises.Jon I'm really that pleased you are able to commit and focus on a separate 1:1 strength training session to compliment your group family cross training session.

We have been training, as a family, with Pete, for about 2 years. Pete's experience, knowledge and empathy has enabled him to create sessions which target the needs of all three of us - not an easy task! During this time we have all improved in our core strength, motivation and fitness levels.
Pete and his staff have created a warm, fu non-judgemental environment where everyone is encouraged to succeed and achieve their best.Gym has become one of the highlights of our week.

I have been training with Pete at Fitness Fever for almost a year now. It's been great! Each session is different and I def. feel stronger and leaner. The group sessions are always fun and the studio is child friendly which is always a plus. I highly recommend Fitness Fever. It's relaxed and always friendly and great value for money.

Pete, Darren & the team are so friendly and professional; heading in for a session is never a chore and they are always ready to help me hit my goals in fun and varied ways. After 3 months, my core strength and base fitness level have never been better! The equipment is first class and the personal service has really helped with my motivation and performance.

GET IT!
You get the fact that to achieve you have to push through. You have to work hard, do your running/sprint work out of gym session times. You have to eat clean, sleep enough hours and when you train with Darren twice weekly, consistently raise the bar higher to keep getting the results you are getting. May it continue

Great studio gym! If you're looking for an environment that has all of the latest equipment but don't want to feel intimated this is the gym for you. Pete is a great trainer!

Peter and the crew are so professional in their approach. New premises, fresh, vibrant. Have assisted me greatly with rehabilitation back/hip/achilles issue in the last 12 months.

Stan you are meticulous in your approach to your back, achilles and hip concerns.You always warm up, stretch and go through your pre and post work out exercise without fail and to the letter.
You have progressed as demonstrated by mastering challenging core exercises, boxing etc

I started training at with Pete at Fitness Fever about 18 months ago and love going to a gym that provides genuine service and commitment without the hype you find at some gyms. I train twice a week with another woman of similar fitness and we look forward to going.
Pete is totally focused on the client's needs and keeps me enthusiastic with new exercises every session. He is very aware of any injuries or limitations while at the same time challenging me to push myself to achieve better fitness. It is an organised, light and airy space and is relaxed and friendly. The other trainers are also highly committed and personable. The vibe is good and motivating with great music and I have really reaped the benefits of Pete's commitment to getting me on the road to good fitness and wellbeing. I highly recommend to anyone wanting genuine gym training and first class personal service.

You are a credit the way you are training twice per week.Initially you had to overcome hip soreness, shoulder/rotator cuff injury and lower back soreness; which over time you have!
Not only have you worked hard on your personal rehabilitation, you have also made significant gains with your core strength and cardio fitness.

Nicholas, Pete and the team at Fitness Fever are excellent trainers. The team are mature and highly experienced. They practice what they preach and get fabulous results. I have been training there 3 times a week since the beginning of the year and each session is different- I'm never bored. I am now stronger, fitter and toned. The studio has a friendly atmosphere with clients of all ages and body shapes. The equipment is well maintained and always clean. Each session you have a towel and drink bottle waiting for you. Overall, its a great place to train if you want results.

Your results are reflected not only by training solidly 2 to 3 times per week, but by you consistently doing all the one percenters ! Prior to your sessions, you always warm up on the treadmill, bike or rower for 15 minutes and post workout, you always make time to stretch
