I have trained with Pete for more than 3 years and it has been awesome. Pete has shown me anything was possible, and as a brilliant mentor he makes sure l train harder and better each time! We work as a team and we share the end result wins too! I recently moved to Yarraville and not even that will stop me from training with Pete at 6.30am Friday mornings! On a personal level he has inspired me to look at my fitness from not only a physical aspect, but an attitude of never give up on what you set out to do. The training sessions are always enjoyable and have maintained my fitness level and body shape for over 10 years. Pete is utterly professional, insightful and a great friend to all. No two sessions are ever the same and when you walk out of there, you are certainly ready to face the day in a positive and optimistic frame of mind. As this was my first ever Personal Training experience, i was concerned before starting re previous injuries/body issues but Peter really took this all on board and tailored my programme to suit.I can feel my body getting stronger as he carefully ramps up my weights etc. I`m very happy with the results as at nearly 60 years old i am feeling really good and stronger than ever.
