Argh! Well, what can I say? I signed up for a fitness program some months ago, and FOUR weeks in a row, I've gone, waited, then was told it was not on because of some ridiculous reason or other - one of them being that they forgot, and another because the microphone would not work!
How can they even continue their business when they treat their customers like this??
That being said, they did have some wonderful facilities though. What a pity I never got to use them.
The quality of the gym is exceptional; clean equipment, toilets and rooms. Also, it is quite spacious. However, they promised that an instructor would be there, but I have gone 5 weeks in a row, and no one showed up each time. Also, I believe that the membership costs too much.
