Its the worst gym I have been to. You cant ever speak to staff,phone or in person, never available. I never got my promotion respected,only got one personal training session after several complaints, and no more after that. I followed up frequently, but hey we all have a life.. Never got the scan done, part of the promotion, because they never thought I paid this when I signed up.. and never had the scan available. I also got told I would receive a call to organise time, never happened.

This gym is a waste of money and time!

Joined this gym a couple of months ago, after going through many other gyms. Fitness First is one great gym, it has amazing service and very helpful staff. Its equipment suits any of your needs. With a Pool, Sauna and steam room also.

Fitness First is an absolutely massive gym, with rows and rows of modern and new equipment and machines. The toilets and change rooms are clean and large, and even includes a solarium. Personally I'm not fond of the trainers here, but they work you really hard. The background music drives me nuts, but that's a matter of taste. It's very involved in the local community and offers free gym time during school holidays for teenagers. Overall, it's a pretty good place for an intense workout.

I joined up a month ago fitness first in rockdale. Spoke to a guy called Kevin, he was the best, and gave me and my friend the best deal after looking in so many places . Love going there
