A great gym, very friendly environment. I haven't been to a gym for many years and this gym makes you feel welcome. Great staff and friendly members. I even tried the classes and the Instructors were really good, great at motivating you to push beyond what you think you can do. I'm really enjoying it. Can't recommend it enough.

Great family Gym, I have been coming here for just over a year and the staff and members are amazing. I have been to many other gyms and haven't come across any that have such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this gym if you are wanting a great supportive atmosphere. Also the personal trainers are amazing, they really push you to your full potential during the classes. Just a great place to go.

I’ve been to many gyms in the past nothing compares to Fitness Forum at Greenvalley it’s an Amazing gym, you feel so comfortable the moment you step inside. Everyone is like family, great atmosphere. All the trainers are soooooo good at what they do! Daniel, David, Alyssa, Shane and Michael! Hands down best gym! Come in for your free trial and you definitely won’t look back!

As a local trying to find a good gym to workout in I was impressed with fitness forum as they were clean, hygienic, offered a range of work out equipment and classes, had different membership options and were friendly and informative too, although I am still checking out all my local gyms to see which best suits my needs and budget, but would recommend this one to people though.

The friendliest staff I have ever come across and not forgetting a great gym facility. From price to Quality of equipment with very friendly faces. Family orientated people. Kept me wanting to stay longer. Only fault I will say is the staff and members keep you wanting to stay longer lol.

Standard gym with all your standard equipment. Adequate and not too busy even during peak hour times. May need a place for some change rooms rather than having to change in the toilet cubicle.
