Five Tuition works in a completely different system from a typical tutoring centre. My child receives private tuition from a University tutor at Five Tuition and he shares the class with four other students.

The cost of the service is relatively cheap [$39 for 2 hours], but because it's private tutoring for each student one-on-one, it's more worth it if your child is there to do some work and asks certain questions if he needs help in his work. If you are thinking of finding a tutor to use the whole 2 hours to explain concepts and go through questions, then it is probably not worth the cost.

But overall, the tutor was really helpful and he did assisted on him in all areas in English [E.g. Reading comprehension, grammar, spelling etc.] He also prepared a really detailed term report for me, which led me to understand more about my child's progress. The only thing that annoyed me most was the constant change of tutors due to 'conflicts in their schedules'. There were three different tutors tutoring my child for three weeks, and my child got confused because they taught the stuff differently.
