I have been seeing Wendy for a while now and she has been great. I have been able to discuss issues that I would never have spoken to anyone else. She has helped me get through my break-up, control my anxiety and just to cope with life. I would not be where I am today if it wasnt for her support. So dont be afraid to take the first step in getting some counselling, I was but I have no regrets. Thanks heaps

She has helped me see that.I can control my life by controlling my my temper and not to be so angry and short with my family, to take time to explain how it makes me feel..
