TV Antenna Power Spikes Fixed
The TV reception in my apartment kept fritzing out. I purchased a new Panasonic digital recorder with a built-in digital receiver but still had problems.
I called in Fix My Antenna to setup my new gear. During the visit, the tech checked the incoming antenna signal and he said a nearby unit likely had a signal booster plugged that was sending way too much power down my antenna line.
The tech put in aerial attenuator to protect against future spikes He also ran extra tests to ensure my gear is now protected. I was shocked when the tech said that an antenna signal over 80dB damages TV gear and kills longevity.
I would definitely recommend Fix My Antenna to others – especially if you live in an apartment and don’t want your digital TV to burn out. 5 stars
