Even though they weren't able to fix my phone (broken motherboard) they did do a wonderful job at helping me find out what was wrong with it, they were patient and did everything they could to save my phone and in the end couldn't, they use original apple/Samsung/nokia etc. products and are reasonably priced! amazing customer service!
They fixed my iPhone 4 after it had been run over by a car, in under 2 hours it was great. They had such great customer service, I was given a loan phone while mine was being repaired.
