As Mohsen K stated they not honor their warranty - same thing happen to me - Bought screen , test it and realised it has big black dot - notify them within 2 hours - yes 2 hour notify and return to them. Test 2 more screen at their warehouse another faulty one happened . Lots of excuses and blaming - those matter was deal with Wilixxx and Dorxxxx .
If you buy anything from them judge it for yourself . Faulty item being sale and no warranty offered …
